Last weekend we joined Danny and Patty at the ocean. Danny is Bill's brother-in- law. We had a wonderful time walking the beach, finding sand dollars, flying kites and watching the eagles. So we thank them both for a marvelous time and hope we can do it again.
Our grandson, Van, and his parents came down for the day. We enjoyed the playground, and later went bowling.

"Alvin and the Chipmunks" is real cute. "Dan in Real Life" was quite funny. We had an ocean view from the house we stayed in so Bill went out and captured this sunset on our last night.
